Ekaterina Tulugurova (PhD), Head of International Educational Programs Department

Ekaterina Tulugurova has had a vast international study and research experience in the USA, Finland, UK and Germany. She defended her PhD in Innovations and Knowledge Management and worked in small innovative enterprises. She has been in charge of international education programs, incoming and outgoing mobility programs for the past 5 years within ITMO University, St-Petersburg.

Tatiana Banderova (MSc), Coordinator of Exchange and MSc Programs

With a 7-years’ work experience in international students’ recruitment and admissions, student mobility programs and student administrative support, Tatiana oversees admission to ITMO University’s international Master’s  and exchange programs, provides administrative and advisory support to international students, assists with student recruitment, promoting ITMO via informational events for prospective students.   

Ekaterina Rassolenko (MSc), Coordinator of Short-term Programs

Having studied in 3 countries (Germany, Finland, and the UK), Ekaterina gained her Master’s Degree in International Education from the University of Southampton (UK). Ekaterina has been an international coordinator for 3,5 years. She is always eager to provide administrative support for incoming students regarding short-term programs, summer and winter schools at ITMO University.

Kseniia Strokina-Leneva (MSc), Coordinator of “Buddy System” Student Club 

Kseniia had been an exchange student in Sweden and Finland herself which helps her better understand international students’ needs and help them cope with any difficulties they may encounter. Together with a big Buddy System team, she assists all ITMO international students in adapting and socializing in Russia.
